We take pride in our work with time and efforts to bring your bouquet to life, orders typically need up to 1 hour in between delivery times.

• We reserve the right to right to decline orders requesting to be delivered after 6 p.m. due to safety of our staff. Event decor does not apply. 

• In the result of a unsuccessful delivery, meaning many attempts made by Butterr Up Balloons and the payee at the stated delivery address. Butterr Up Balloons will retry to deliver within same business day with additional charge of 9.99 for delivery. Please note balloon time will decrease*

• Delivery times are between 7:30 a.m.- 6 p.m. everyday!
